JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Support Administrator is a newly created role and is responsible for providing administrative sales support to the Janes Sales organization. This position provides support across the sales operations including order processing, coordinating and cross training in addition to core responsibilities.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AT JANES

The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for the reporting of sales, revenue, usage, and customer information in addition to proactive partnering with the full sales team.

This role will require an interface with various departments on a regular basis including: Sales, Finance, Segment Management and Product Management.

The duties will include:

  • Providing operational support to sales management.
  • Planning and coordinating to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
  • Developing processes to support the sales function and sales support systems.
  • Maintaining information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.

Experience

  • Previous proven sales support administration experience within a sales organization or function.

Preferred Experience

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint experience.
  • Ability to work remotely.
