The Sales Support Executive is a newly created role and is responsible for providing operational and administrative sales support to the Janes Sales organization. This position provides support and expertise across sales operations including order processing, project management and cross training in addition to core responsibilities.


The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of sales, revenue, usage, and customer information in addition to proactive partnering with sales leadership. 

This role will interface with various departments on a regular basis including: Sales, Finance, Segment Management and Product Management.

The duties will include:

  • Providing operational support to sales management.
  • Planning and coordinating projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
  • Developing processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems.
  • Maintaining information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.



  • Ability to work independently.
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate difficult or sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and completing projects on time with desired outcomes.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Curiosity and vigour to learn, grow and challenge the status quo.
  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations.


  • Previous proven experience within a sales organization or function.

Preferred Experience

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint experience.
  • Ability to work remotely.
