We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who has a passion for enabling new products in a data driven cloud environment, to take ownership of Quality Assurance and software testing function across the development teams in the UK, India, and US.

This role is a new role within our Development and Technical team, which will suit a delivery focused, seasoned Quality Assurance professional and a highly collaborative team player. You will have an interest in leading and developing your team, empowering them to continuously improve and innovate our test capabilities. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, thrive on shaping your function and building new test capability alongside the challenges of supporting multiple product development teams.

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering advanced test frameworks and test automation solution. You will liaise with the CTO, Development Directors and CISO to ensure that we are delivering the right solutions at the right quality for the market to drive the business forward to realise our ambitious growth plans.


  • Lead design and establishment of a test strategy, framework, and tooling to implement and mature QA capability across the company.
  • Balance financial management with quality and development process expertise to ensure your teams are creating progressive quality strategies with aligned and applicable measurements, optimized partner collaboration, and detailed reporting. 
  • Collaboration with the wider development team to ensure a test-first approach to any development activities.    
  • Planning, management, and execution of tests using appropriate tools and techniques accepted within the company in line with industry best practice and relevant standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating research on alternative technologies, tools, and methods.
  • Determine methods to track, and ensure regular reporting of quality, schedule, budget, and risk for each title. Use data to create strategic plans to guide large team performance improvements.
  • Contribute to and embody shared values and focus areas within the teams; Guide and inspire the team, acting as a translator of high-level, long-term vision into concrete direction and action plans for the team, highlighting relevance and benefits to team members at all levels.    
  • Create quality goals and development plans to promote your team's professional growth 
  • Lead and cultivate other managers; anticipate skill gaps and organizational needs for teams 
  • Manage and maintain relationships across departments as well as with external partners, customers, and suppliers 
  • Build a team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.   
  • Lead build out QA Strategy and QA Framework with supporting technologies to support CD/CI pipelines
  • Manage and motivate the team, with a focus on building core competency and upskilling the team, identifying training and development needs
  • Review the performance of team members.


  • Proven Quality Assurance management experience within a commercial environment.
  • Experience delivering Quality Assurance across complex data systems.
  • Experience working with digital development teams.
  • Strong understanding on business testing needs and automated testing methods and tooling.
  • Understanding requirement & define test scenario/cases.    
  • Team management and client interaction experience.
